Would using Windows Media Center on my Xbox 360 render it useless for playing games?

I know its a really weird and stupid question, but i heard it from a friend of a friend, and I don’t know if he was just trying to be an idiot. I don’t want to activate Windows media center on my xbox and not be able to play games anymore for some odd reason. Again, sorry for this retarded question.

Thats not true, it just enables you to access stuff like movies and music from your computer on your xbox

Well, I heard that they were closing the carnival games in Seattle Center
You know, the ones where you pay money and play the game and if you win you get a stuffed animal.
So I’m wondering, are they still open to play ?

We’re driving 1700 miles for games 3 and 4. We have tickets for game 3, but arent sure if we want to spend another boatload of money for game 4 tickets

They have what is called a block party. They usually have a local band play popular songs, and people drink and stuff. I never been to one but thats what it looks like. I usually just show up for the game when it starts.

Its a shame they didn’t knock down the Spectrum yet. Apparently in the place of the Spectrum they are building a 5-star hotel and an entire entertainment center for before games and stuff. I don’t really know how they are going to build all that in the place of one stadium. Especially since parking is tight as it is now down there. Getting rid of the Spectrum’s parking lot will just make things worse…especially for Eagles games.

When new games are loaded on my desktop pc they are off center to left and unplayable. How can I fix this?

The two games I’ve tried so far are a casino slot game and Tiger Woods golf. Neither game seems to have any adjustments for this, and I can’t find anything in Vista that adjusts for this either. My monitor is a 19 inch LCD, and the computer is a dell.

i would say u need to adjust the games resolution in the games video properties … u may have ur native resolution wrong in ur display properties also .. put ur monitor to default res if it isnt …

why doesn’t Kobe meet with the captains before games at center court? like last season?

Nope Kobe’s the LONE Captain. He’s Great player, but you’re right Derek Fisher should atleast be a co-captain.

Kobe likes to keep to himself before games. He doesn’t get involved with other things other than basketball, on the court. He often shows love to players, but at half or after the game.

I really don’t want to spend $500 per ticket to see the home games. But it would be cool if they opened the arena for the road games like they did in Montreal. Has anyone heard if they will do this or not?

Can you hook up your Xbox 360 to your Computer, and play downloaded games using Windows Media Center??? or if not WMC, is there a way to do that??

lol wtf? that made no sense – they made the xbox for a reason – and if you own an xbox? then why would you need to play the games on your pc and not a proper HD tv?

I just recently bought Spore creature creator. but then i found out it was not compatible with my video card. so after lots of research on the internet and reading articles from PC Magazine, I decided "Hey, why not build my own?"

I have read lots on this topic and seen youtube videos. It looks pretty easy and simple.

basically i would a computer that can handle latest pc games. I have looked at the ATI Radeon HD4850 and i really like it. also the AMD Phemon cpu was something i had in mind. any recommendations?

the phenom sucks. get an intel quad core. the phenom has some severe heat problems with minimal performance advantages. the q6600, the low end intel quad core, blows all phenoms out of the water in just about every benchmark.

You can’t. There is no online client you can use. You have to download it in order to play it.

They play this song during the pre game warm ups when both teams are on the ice. It sounds like a rock song and sounds something like "Give me your hand, give me your hand…" something of that nature. Thanks in advance

from what i know it’s probably either Enter Sandman by Metallica or Stronger by Kanye West. They also played The Beautiful People by Marylin Manson. These are their usual warm up songs.
