ok so im sure all of you know about the circle scratches and the grinding noises from the xbox360 ( but mine makes lighter grinding sounds asepct for left 4 dead 1 but not left 4 dead 2) why does it only do it loud on that one game? and is it safe to play untill i go to get it fixed tomororw? or what? even though i’ve been playing it for a long time and its been fine. the circles arent evry where on the game only in the very center

My tv only has the cable input where you twist it in and it has a thin pin in the center, i would like to put a dvd player in my room and maybe a video game every once in a while, is there an adapter that could do that?

RF modulator, available at many retail stores. Many VCRs even have one built in: connect the DVD player, game console, etc. to the line in.

Yes, RF modulators do include a cable pass-through. You simply tune to channel 3 or 4 to view the video input.

House MD is my favorite show, and I think it would be a good concept for a puzzle type game or a game like Trauma Center for wii.

How do i hook up 14 game systems up to one tv?

Ok, so I’m building a new house with a game room upstairs. Right now I have 6 video game systems, but I plan on collecting more. I’m building an entertainment center with places for 14(just in case). I cant find any av selectors that have more than 6 inputs. I thought about making an array but I’d like to just but one with enough inputs. I need them all to Yellow White and Red.

Just find a TV with enough inputs…

Why can’t Madden present the game like ESPN Football 2k5?

That video game was amazing. It has been 5 years and Madden still can’t come up with as good as presentation as a game that cost 20 bucks? I loved the realistic in game highlights and sports center in between the games in the season. I know Madden has made the point after show this year but it is nothing close to ESPN Football. So what gives?

Unless they were to bring ESPN Videogames/2K Sports on to work with them, it wouldn’t be feasable. 2K Sports would sue them if Madden was to copy these features without this.

How to store game consoles in an elegant way?

We have tons of video game consoles plus a dvd player and all the accessories for each. The problem is, we rent a tiny house (so no room for a huge entertainment center and no option for building shelves) and we have no way to store all of this so it doesn’t look hideous. Any suggestions?

You would be AMAZED at how much better all the stuff on a tv stand will look SO much better if just the cords are in order! We have a 2 "shelf" tv stand, the tv sits on top of our DVD player, 2 game consoles and cable box, and the bottom shelf is open for the world to see!

I took a few twist ties, unplugged everything, wrapped all the cords in little bundles and then plugged everything back in, unraveling JUST enough cord. Then I used the twist ties to keep the extra lengths of cord raveled up, and our tv stand looks a million times better! All of our controllers/ remotes/ etc go into a fabric box right next to the tv.

For a tiny budget and a small living room, this solution worked WONDERS for us!

Both my brothers recently got Guitar Hero for Christmas. They absolutely love it, but a video game centered around a musical instrument just doesn’t appeal to me. I know there are a lot of people who really like Guitar Hero, but I was just wondering if anyone else has the same opinion as I do.

Yeah its a waste of time, in the time it takes to beat the game you could have learned a real instrument.

its for a video game (my fiancee is designing) and he’s got to come up with some name ideas for it by monday and was wondering if anyone had any ideas.
the game is a survival horror, set in a modern coastal town at night, a phenomenon rises out of the sea and attacks the town. The town is quickly cut off by the army but the player must first find and rescue his girlfriend from her apartment in the town center before taking them both to safety outside the town barriers.
Any names ideas?
