problems with laptop in my eyes is heat and performance. laptop is great to have if you can spend like 30000 swedish kr on it. you can get a descen computer for 6000 i bought my laptop for 6000. i can play wow modernwarfare 2 and som other light games on max but medium in crysis.spec. dualcore 2,2 ghz graphic 5650 1 gb 1066 mhz 4 gb motherboard memorys

I have the HP hdx 16 1140US and i’m amazed of what it can do. I can play CoD Modern Warfare 2 On 1270×720 with everything on high and 2aa with around 50 FPS, and it’s enough for me.

i think laptops are for the weak, I see it as have a desktop first and then get a laptop for when your on the move but to have just a laptop for a primary use is very limited in hardware

I run DoD 1.3 at 100fps, and Source at 75fps. All at high settings. So i imagine CS wouldn’t be too bad to run since they both run off the steam source engine.

Got this laptop, its actually a pretty nice setup. Was a pain in the butt getting Vista 64bit off and putting XP on it but all in all was worth it. For basic/lite gaming its not too shabby. 3dMark06 puts it at around 4800marks with XP, 4700 with Vista.

Well if you get the HP HDX16t – 1370US you can forsure run Crysis without a problem. This model has nVidia GT 130M 1g dedicated video memory. Unlike the older models this model has a pretty decent build and much more powerful.
