Where would be the best place to buy a gaming laptop?

Im looking for a gaming laptop but dont want to spend so much money.
I don’t really want top of the range just a good laptop that will run games like. Spore, Empire total war, Sims 3 and LOTR 2.
I really like stratergy games.

Well, as far as a brand goes for gaming laptops, you’ll want to look at a company called Alienware, they make very high quality gaming laptops. The only problem with ANY gaming laptop is the cost to obtain it; you’re going to need a few thousand dollars in order to get it. But hey, it’s a laptop. =)

The thing about laptops is that they were made for mobility, not necessarily power or gaming. So, I’d recommend buying a gaming DESKTOP instead; they’re a lot cheaper and just as powerful as a gaming laptop, and the only thing you’ll lose is the mobility a laptop has (Which, if you’re SERIOUS about gaming, you don’t really need).
