Can I start my own video gaming website without a license?

I would like to start my own video game website but I am not sure if I would need a license or so. I want to give the latest tips and tricks and put game reviews on the website but would I need a license to do so? Someone please help

If you are just giving tips, you will need just the typical documents that any company needs. That includes a trade name certificate if you are working as a sole proprietor, or more if you set up a corporation.

So it depends on your business form and what your local government, town, city or state require for each, as to what you ultimately need.
