Alright it’s finally here. The release of madden 11. I had a blast picking it up at 12:01 last night at my local GameStop. There were only 20 people waiting so it didn’t take long to get home and play.

In this video I show you how to get Game Center on your iPhone or iPod touch on iOS 4. It is a very simple process that requires you to put the iOS 4 Gold Master on your device which is almost identical to the standard iOS 4. Practically the only difference is that it comes with Game Center preinstalled.

There are a few requirements however. You will need a Windows or Mac computer that is running iTunes 9.2 and either an iPod touch 2G, iPod touch 3G, iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS. iOS 4 (and therefore game center) is not supported on the iPod touch 1G or the iPhone 2G. In addition there is no Gold Master version of iOS 4 for the iPhone 4.

Once you have backed up your device and restored iOS 4 GM onto it you should have Game Center. There isn’t much to do in it as of yet however so this is only for people who just don’t want to wait for it to be released in a later update.
